The Lodge is a brand-new studio apartment for rent in Aguts, offering a warm and well-designed 20 m² space, perfect for a getaway for couples or solo travelers. With breathtaking views of the Montagne Noire, this cozy studio combines modern comfort and tranquility in the heart of the Tarn and Lauragais regions.

Lodge description: comfort and modernity

This modern studio is equipped to meet all your needs:

A comfortable sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), ideal for two people.
A bathroom with a walk-in shower (80 x 140 cm) and toilet.
A fully equipped kitchen including two hobs, a mini fridge, a microwave, an espresso machine and a kettle.
A 43-inch TCL television, perfect for your moments of relaxation.
A fast Wi-Fi connection, ideal for staying connected or working remotely.
The studio is equipped with an air conditioning system for your comfort.

Linen is provided: Sheets, towels and tea towels are included, but you can also bring your own if you prefer.

A terrace on stilts with table, chairs and deckchairs to admire the view of the Black Mountain.
Air conditioning available from May.

Bicycles are also available for you to enjoy pleasant rides and discover the surrounding landscapes at your own pace.

Make the most of your stay with a 1pm departure instead of 11am, subject to availability.
