Discover Le Cottage in Aguts, a renovated 19th-century house offering charming accommodation for up to 10 people. Enjoy a peaceful setting with views of the Montagne Noire, ideal for a holiday with family or friends in the Tarn region.
Cottage Description: an authentic and comfortable cottage
Spread over 3 levels, the Cottage is designed for your comfort:
Ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a toilet.
Lower level: A dining room with a large table for 10 people, a bright living room with 4 additional sleeping spaces thanks to two sofa beds (140x190) and a 55" TCL 4K TV. You also have access to a 35 m² terrace, equipped with a table, chairs and a barbecue, to enjoy an exceptional panoramic view.
First floor: Two spacious bedrooms of 19 m² and 16 m², each equipped with a 160x200 bed, bedside tables and wardrobe.
Second floor: A third bedroom of 18 m², also equipped with a 160x200 bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a corner bathtub and a toilet.
The little extras of the Cottage
Fast Wi-Fi and a workspace with countryside views. (A monitor, keyboard, and mouse can be provided upon request.)
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets, for a stay without inconvenience.
Linen provided: Sheets, towels and tea towels are included, but you can bring your own if you wish.
Outdoor equipment
An outdoor relaxation area awaits you with an above-ground pool (4.5 meters in diameter and 1 meter deep), hammocks, and deck chairs (open only from June to the end of September). You can also enjoy an outdoor ping-pong table for friendly gatherings. Two bicycles are also available for you to explore the surrounding area.
