LE COTTAGE — CHARACTER HOLIDAY HOME FOR UP TO 10 GUESTS

Enjoy a peaceful countryside stay in this carefully renovated 19th-century gîte, with open views over the fields and the Montagne Noire. Designed for holidays with family or friends, Le Cottage combines stone walls, exposed beams, generous spaces and a warm atmosphere in the heart of the Lauragais.

THE ACCOMMODATION
Le Cottage offers 130 m² over four levels: 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 × 200 cm), 2 sofa beds (140 × 190 cm), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright 33 m² living room, Wi-Fi, a 55-inch television with Netflix, board games and a washing machine. It comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.

OUTDOORS
The 40 m² terrace has a dining area and barbecue. The garden includes sun loungers, hammocks and table tennis. The above-ground swimming pool is a seasonal facility reserved for Le Cottage and is available from June to September only.

WELLNESS — IMPORTANT
The Le Magnolia wellness space, with hot tub and sauna, is a separate service hosted on its own website. It must be booked in advance, is always subject to an additional charge and is not included in the accommodation price.

GOOD TO KNOW
The gîte is on our property, near our home and Le Lodge, while retaining separate outdoor areas and its own orientation. This is a peaceful place: parties and noisy evenings are not allowed.

LOCATION
Revel: about 15 minutes. Castres: about 30 minutes. Toulouse: about 45 minutes. Toulouse-Blagnac Airport: about 50 minutes. The area is ideal for markets, villages, walks and the Canal du Midi.
